Good retirement plan and competitive bonus/raise opportunities since private school. If FT employee, good holiday/schedule opportunities. Nice campus. Good culture.

Cons

Tuition remission program. Refunded, not paid up front, and only 75% back. Lack of food options on campus for employees.
