      Pros

      Great people to collaborate. Awesome professors, you end up knowing a lot of professor that are easily approachable.

      Cons

      If you need to change the advisor, might be difficult since there are many professor in the same exact area.

      Pay is not worth doing all the work i have to do. The people on campus are very petty and rude VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT BY DEPARTMENT MANAGER I was not properly trained to do my job Never went to orientation Never had my evaluation Very disorganized And management is very unprofessional
