Flexible schedules, family friendly environment, great coworkers, beautiful campus
Cons
they have a long way to go in the recognition department. I would really hope that they can get a comprehensive employee recognition and professional development system going. Also, you just don't make a lot of money in higher education, but there are a lot of perks that outweigh this.
