      Pros

      Intellectually stimulating environment--no matter what your job is, there are lectures and many other events open to you. Work-life balance likely depends on the specific job, but the university is generous with time off.

      Cons

      Employee parking should be at least partially subsidized at a flat rate. And they should stop selling more parking permits than there are spaces in the lots!
