Amazing academic and professional environment with room for growth. Benefits and salary are competitive. Students are very interesting and you can really be involved in the Rice culture. Just a great place to grow professionally.

Great place to work, truly cares about employees, benefits are great. Feels like a small family environment where everyone is appreciated.

Cons

Sometimes the small town feel means a lack of growth. Parking is quite expensive, but this is the case on any college campus.
