Affiliation with a top-notch educational institution. Opportunity to affiliate with fantastic students and highly educated colleagues. Flexibility and opportunity to create own path - to a point.

Cons

Opportunity to advance is minimal, much of work in silos and communication of big picture is lacking. There is an overall sense that the University has not met its potential.
