Pros

In the past, Wolf had some great products and a lot of great people.

Cons

Senior management is actively engaged in the perpetuation of an increasingly toxic work environment. Intentional rumors, gossip, and lies are used to drive out anyone or anything that might bring more visibility to their professional deficiencies. A select few are not held to the same standard as everyone else. Stability and chances of advancement are withheld from anyone unwilling to support this culture or look the other way.

Pros

You are always out of work on the dot because the do not want to pay overtime. Fellow employees are nice and helpful.

Cons

Almost every position is hourly, so they treat you like a disposable person. Many of the employees have been there forever and they are not open to changing "how its always been done". It is a struggle to update processes. Pay is mediocre at best. No options to work from home even for positions that could completely be done from home. HR is inflexible when confronted with issues.
