The owner of Ultramed died and the company is managed by 2 people who have no formal sales training , no formal university background and for all intense and purposes are control freaks and no real experience selling product or realizing what is involved in the competitive world. If there is a change in management the company could grow exponentially and be #1 in Canada in the World of endoscopy .
