      Great products, great management, decent basic salary and car allowance

      Cons

      Support from GmbH is dire, makes growth almost impossible, commission structure is rubbish. No private medical.

      Great products, Richard Wolf is top in the world of endoscopy and state of the art.

      Cons

      The owner of Ultramed died and the company is managed by 2 people who have no formal sales training , no formal university background and for all intense and purposes are control freaks and no real experience selling product or realizing what is involved in the competitive world. If there is a change in management the company could grow exponentially and be #1 in Canada in the World of endoscopy .
