Pros

Great benefits, generous PTO, nice facility(though the area is rough), potential to move up, awesome products, most clients are truly passionate about watches and were great to talk to for the most part, good management, good discounts, consistently out at your actual out time(no surprise late nights or “please stay for this project”), will put aces in the places they want to be, huge holiday party(last year at ATT Stadium), I miss the company and leaders every day.

Cons

Growth is mostly held to that of a call-center manager, not that that is bad, but it is limiting if you want to grow another way with the company at the CRC, while you get out when you’re scheduled to, your schedule is retail-light and you’ll never have a set schedule and will likely have to work a couple nights a week and a couple weekends a month, inconsistent commissions and bonuses between maisons, one will have great commissions and bonuses and then you’ll get moved to one that is basically nonexistent and can really hurt financially

A big mess

Pros

Salary is actually ok here

Cons

The hierarchical structure is extremely unstable, with different parties working towards different goals. Working here is like playing the russian roulette. You may be on a team that is good but there are some teams which are really a pain to work with... Overall, the mindset of top management is too « french » for my taste.
