Pros

Amazing and hard-working people with a super international work environment. The extremely welcoming atmosphere feels likes working in a big family with everybody being passionate about luxury. Many opportunities within the company to develop and to get to the next step.

Cons

Not many cons, lack of transparency from the headquarters. As in many big organizations, it sometimes feels as if all the information from the local offices is simply absorbed and the decisions made in the HQ without considering other opinions are simply indoctrinated.

Pros

Working for a group means that you can move across different brands and evolve your portfolio of experiences. There are opportunities to travel and be involved in extra projects for your own development.

Cons

Not that I have experienced so far.

Richemont UK London- THE place to be

Pros

Richemont is a great place for your career. I had the chance to start by applying on the company website for an internship in Germany. After concluding my studies I applied again on the website for an internship in UK London and the HR dpt had already my record. I ended up not only having the internship but I have then been employed on a full time position in London. This company really values the talent besides your age. I feel always listened and every feedback is taken in consideration. Even if it is a luxury company there is a clear path and everyone is helping you to understand your possible development and to build your career. Open culture, where sharing is the key. The office itself is built on the concept of open space to promote transparency and collaboration.

Cons

I do not have any major cons to express at the moment of writing this review. Only thing: do not expect a banking salary.
