Pros

Richemont is an employer of choice that allows freedom within the frame, a great deal of autonomy, trust and opportunities to grow and develop. We have good benefits with 401K and Parental leave, people that care in our Operations, IT, Finance and HR teams.

Cons

Appropriate pay to market, and would love to see more training.

Good benefits, low morale

Pros

Great work-life balance, great benefits.

Cons

Large emphasis on productivity, and the production goals are very hard to attain. This means there is a constant feeling of failure that management portrays on the employees. Pay raises are 1-2% if you don't meet production goals, meaning most employees are implicitly told they are worth less over time. As such, retention and morale is low.
