Pros

Work-life balance, regular working hours and no OT.

Cons

Salary is way too low for a graduate. The position is termed as "intern" but it really is just a contract position. Difficult to be converted to a permanent staff unless there is headcount (which seems terribly difficult to get nowadays)..

Pros

Very good team, excellent bosses. Work is interesting. Good salary. You learn new things regularly. As IT, you are allowed to challenge the business when you get stupid requests.

Cons

Things are changing and future is uncertain. Some benefits will fade. Part of the job is being given to offshore. Too much rules, obsessed with security and compliance.
