Pros

Great people, central location, good opportunity to learn if you are a watchmaker. Several locations in DFW area for job diversity.

Cons

Heavy negative overtones. Lots of working weekends. Moral is not the best, several employees have left recently.

slow paced, high hierarchy, not many opportunities for development for graduates within the smaller divisions within Europe (may not apply to head offices)
