Some excessive (financial) data requirements over the year throughout all departments. Top management in Geneva HQ, while stable and solid, doesn't communicate with employees at all! Very complex and somewhat bureaucratic organization. Uncertain outlook.

Salary is way too low for a graduate. The position is termed as "intern" but it really is just a contract position. Difficult to be converted to a permanent staff unless there is headcount (which seems terribly difficult to get nowadays)..
