Pros

Good price on watches, on jewelleries and luxury goods. Other than that I do not see any good reason to work for Richemont.

Cons

Poor working condition: The management is of poor quality. Employees are not properly considered. On top of that the salaries and bonuses are lower than what you can find on the market.

Cons

Horrible place to work. You can make good sugestions, but if you are not one of the "favorite" ones you will be brushed aside.
