      Pros

      Great culture- people are friendly and care about their colleagues. Good work life balance with summer Fridays and good PTO/holidays.

      Cons

      Salaries are well below market with very little opportunity for promotion or pay rises. People still in their roles at the same level for a long time. Pay is also inconsistent and unfair across levels and is not compatible with amount of work done/responsibility or experience

      Cons

      In my department it is extremely overwhelming . Everyone talks & complains throughout the day about how stressful it is. My manager is not welcoming, I feel as though I am tolerated by her & not wanted or valued at all. My training I feel was cut short due to business needs. The morale in the room is close to not even existing. My manager shows little to know emotion & it makes things very uneasy & tense for me.
