Hold senior management accountable for their failures

Cons

Ricoh as a company dropped the ball on holding their upper management team accountable for major employment issues. Human Resources serves only as a cover to exploit middle management and staff. The employee relations department is all politics and no action. Such a shame as I had great hopes for a long future with this company.

Work Environment, Core Values, and work/ personal life balance.

Cons

Many things can be listed here and no I did not get fired or laid off. To start as many of you may know that this company needs and has had a big shake up in management from firing the CEO along with the president. The management seems to pick and choose which rules it likes to follow. Many sales can be taken away from you without knowledge until you don't receive your commission check for all of the work you put in. I would personally rate the company half a star if possible.

Pros

A lot of paid vacation and holidays... Just enough to keep your sanity.

Cons

Not enough pay to support a household. The management can make the work place stressful with their "best friend priority" rules. Definitely a whorish environment.
