Pros

ESOP contribution is a nice retirement plan

Cons

Micromanagement within the offices, it's employee owned, but they don't give employees any autonomy

Pros

The company overall has some strong areas and potential. Not all departments suffer from the same issues — some teams may provide a healthier environment. Opportunities may exist if you land in the right department with supportive leadership.

Cons

The department I worked in had a toxic culture marked by favoritism, poor communication, and lack of accountability. Management failed to intervene or set healthy standards, allowing dysfunction to grow unchecked. Career growth was limited due to arbitrary decisions and lack of support. The toxic environment overshadowed any positives and made collaboration difficult.
