      Pros

      I can not speak for other departments, but our department head (Manager) is absolutely one of the best human beings I have ever worked for, she is fair, honest and truthful. She expects a lot but also give us a lot of freedom and trust.

      Cons

      The economy is down so business is down, it is tough but it is not exclusive to RigUp.

      Pros

      Good benefits and growth for the Austin area, since there isn't much competition.

      Cons

      Elitist attitude - select group that's been there since the beginning who only looks out for each other. Almost a cult-like mentality. Middle management is too young and lacks experience. Exec leadership has recently stepped in to change everything.

      Unlimited PTO Snacks Ability to work from home (Cons to this one as well) Ok benefits

      Cons

      low compensation (underpaid the females than the males in my role) Poor management Secluded culture - very segregated in the fact you have to be friends with the right people Long hours Ability to work from home, but get punished for not being in the office at the same time High Ego mentality
