      Huge Opportunity - Just Getting Started

      Pros

      - Massive TAM Market - Awesome opportunity to affect change for a group of people who haven't gotten love from tech companies - construction workers, renewables workers, etc. - Very startup-esque environment in some of the functions - Still day 1

      Cons

      - Ambiguous environment - not a big deal if you're hungry and like a startup environment, but not everyone thrives in it. At one point we indexed too much on work/life balance in hiring and it burned out some people. - We expanded quickly from oil and gas to many markets - it saved us in the down turn, but we're still working through integration in some cases, which can create some churn and misalignment.

      Cons

      Leaders often change their minds on decisions big and small causing ambiguity and negatively impacting productivity. That paired with high expectations from all sides often takes a toll on even the most resilient employees

      Great benefits, solid pay, great flexibility and PTO policy, remote working environment, great downtown office, great culture

      Cons

      Must be comfortable working with ambiguity, as a young company there are still processes being created and worked through so you have to stay dynamic and comfortable with change
