Pros

- high growth & strong trajectory (incl. recent $300M Series E raise) - great mission (higher pay & more work for skilled workers) - multitude of interesting and impactful problems to work on (e.g., growth ops, internal process, etc) - 2021 successes are exciting for 2022 & beyond - continued influx of strong talent occurring - most co-workers enjoy working together

Cons

- fast growth + acquisitions = complexity - ton to do - arguably too many priorities for too few people - bandwidth is always tight - would love more time for learning & development opps - staffing & tech can create friction at times

Pros

Great pay, benefits, and company culture. Had a good idea where they were heading as a company until the Oil and Gas market tanked.

Cons

Poor leadership below the cofounders. They pay really well and are/were a hot start up with deep pockets. They hire people who look good on paper who have nice degrees. Those hired at leader ship levels are often self serving and only looking to maximize their bonus payment or try to grab promotions as fast as possible at the expense of others under them. They were a tech company looking to build a market place for skilled contractors in the energy sector. They have just bought up several staffing firms in different industries and have just become a parent company for staffing firms but they don’t have any RigUp leadership who understands recruiting or staffing.
