      Leadership is clueless. The hiring of tons of ex Uber and Lyft people to Senior Management roles instead of listening to The employees with industry experience was the biggest fail. You are a number. They've had two huge rounds of layoffs that blindsided everyone at the company. Look at the turnover of the HR department and that will tell you all you need to know.

      Early signals are encouraging

      Pros

      Coming from a mission driven organization, the bar is set high. They fully believe in supporting trades workers and helping them level up their careers and earning potential. It's baked into the whole recruiting and performance management process and reinforces every decision. They're not afraid to reward people for hard work, and the corporate benefits/perks very closely resemble much larger FAANG type companies.

      Cons

      Remote onboarding is 'normal' now but still makes it tough to connect with your team members early on. Hoping that improves as we get out of the pandemic. The employee benefits information was hard to understand, but I've found the resources internally and everyone is willing to help simplify.
