      Still Potential

      Pros

      Company still has tons of upside to grow and impact a very crucial industry.

      Cons

      The culture suffered an unfortunate hit due to early sales leadership and seems to have never quite rebounded. The company as a whole also was very inconsistent around core objectives. Company needs to adopt a SaaS mindset.

      Good Experience but Poor Management

      Pros

      Great company to get your foot in the door and learn new skills. Flexible work schedule with very little micro-management.

      Cons

      Recommendations and ideas agreed upon in group setting will disappear into a vacuum or be taken without credit. Critical Management positions occupied by individuals with limited industry experience. Veterans in the company can seemingly do no wrong. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait 8 days for an email.
