      Lack of knowledgable leadership

      With very little oversight and inexperienced leaders, there are many problems to work on. This work is all self-directed and can teach you the ownership and enhancement mindset needed in growth companies today.

      Cons

      The leadership does not know what it is doing and is destroying a good business.
