Working with new technologies, some flexibility with what you work on, some good engineers still there.

Cons

No coherent product direction, A TON of layoffs and people leaving the company, Complete uncertainty within the engineering teams, A target of "1 million" workers when the architecture and product just isn't there, no idea where they got this number from.

Just over the year mark of being a 'Riser', and what an adventure it has been. The company has gone through a lot of changes but at its core is still a company that keeps to its values, despite the uncertainty going on in the world of technology. The team is a real mix of folks some who've been here forever, working alongside new team members (like me) But we all have a voice in Workrise, that allows us to bring our own experience and expertise to the table from which we can all learn from. It makes us better and creates a really vibrant working environment - Excellent modern Tech stack and tools - Team members who put solutions before egos and have your back - Chance to make impactful changes to our technology and culture - Learning time each week!! - Fantastic Offices and hardware - Texas BBQ ?

Cons

There's no getting away from it, we grow fast so things change a lot. This can create ambiguity and uncertainty that isn't for everyone.
