Management of the Great Lakes Region practice a philosphy with staff of "Love them and then leave them." Getting rid of top loyal performers is normal. Hugged today and dismissed tomorrow. It's all about what they need for dollars today, not about loyalty, fairness, and doing what is right. Quality keeps disintegrating.
