Flexibility in work schedule, purpose of work done and impact on people's lives, colleagues, material support, web-site for candidates, available tools.
Cons
Lack of leadership, no sophistication in how things get done, no guarantee of hours/job, do not utilize skills and talent of project management staff, supervisors who are in positions to lead, but cannot lead and are unprofessional individually and in group meetings, very top down, no input requested from the people who do the jobs and are on the front line, not big picture, very transactional oriented and process oriented, don't integratge office and home based staff which would create efficiencies and give staff the hours they would like to have, poor, almost non-existent benefits, although you are an employee, you are treated more like a contractor.
