Undergoing great change right now, leadership is not strong, hours are down, no consistency in hours worked, overhired last year and now impacts amount of work available to all even after 3 downsizings

Excellent working environment and collegues. Great services that are provided to clients. Strenghts are in the Career Management/Transition practice with much potential in the Talent Development consulting practice. Great divisional leadership.

Cons

Lack of corporate communications on the strategy for the entire company. Cutting costs too deeply and in jeapordy of losing their best talent if it continues.

Right Management professionals are - driven, self-motivated, and quality-focused. People really care about what they do - helping companies and their employees to engage in career transition. The environment is very supportive of continuous improvement. Additionally I love the flexibility RM offers me!

Cons

The company has had a difficult time dealing with the recent spikes in business. Although we service clients who have recently been downsized from their companies--RM has had its far share of "on-call actions" this year. This is unsettling - especially to long time employees of Right. Additionally with all the changes it's sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the new information..
