      Pros

      People tend to be very smart and collaborative. Most everyone seems to genuinely care about the mission of helping companies be more successful via their talent. Right Management offers outplacement services and talent management solutions, and I believe these services and solutions are really strong.

      Cons

      Sales leadership can be a bit Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. One day they are great -- supportive, strategic, and positive. The next day it is all about questioning every forecast, asking for endless reports, and not truly allowing time for the sales people to get to know their customers and truly sell in a consultative fashion.

      Large company but divided into teams so you virtually get to know each other. Very well run and organized Good chance for advancement for ambitious Free career training in a wide variety of subjects Very flexible schedule

      Cons

      Ton of record keeping, but they do offer advice and tools to make this manageable Pay was OK, but you are timed on each activity and part of your efficiency score is staying within certain limits. To make more $ you have to juggle a lot of clients Not really a con, but you need excellent command of English, writing, spelling, grammar and customer relations going in
