      No real strategy in place, most of the work is "crisis management", and very reactive.

      Worked with a great client. Provided a combination of corporate sales process training, product and technology skills, and field training/coaching.

      Cons

      Initial three year contract with client was cut short due to a merger and reorganization of their in house training organization.
