      Pros

      They value professional development of staff and everyone I work with is very professional, intelligent and enjoys collaborating. The schedule is flexible, which I love.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low but even so, if I could work more hours that would make up for it.

      Pros

      As a consultant, you get heaviliy involved in many consulting projects. Loved the challenging environment.

      Cons

      Under Manpower, the company has become more and more sales number driven, rather than client focused. It is sad to see that.

      I spent 10 years at Right and was able to gain some great experience

      Pros

      I worked with some wonderful colleagues from around the world. Was able to gain some great international experience including foreign currency translation.

      Cons

      No real complaints, I enjoyed my time with them. I did work quite a bit but there were a lot of projects going on.
