Business Outlook
Pros
The people who work here are passionate about what they do and about providing great experiences to both clients and candidates. The company itself provides employees with a lot of flexibility around days off. There are only about 5 paid holidays per year, but many days available to use as you would like. This is great if the holidays you celebrate are not the traditional US holidays!
Cons
Some would say the constant updating and changing of products and roles, but I don't necessarily think of this as a con. It shows the company is innovative and willing to keep improving on what exist.
