      Pros

      They care as passionately about their staff as they do their clients We all have a voice and it is listened to High morals and values which echo my own Customer service is exceptional, particularly within the MOD contract A real belief in getting it right by our staff means getting it right every time by our customer

      There are no downsides otherwise I would have left a long time ago

      it has the potential to do amazing things

      Cons

      Commercial first business, focus on selling and making money for the parent organisation which i believe means they were not focusing on their customers' needs or seeking to create value through what they do. Very good at selling - very poor at delivering on that promise.
