RightEye is one of the most exciting companies that I've ever been a part of. The technology is truly groundbreaking and changing people's lives. Our customers LOVE the product . You can feel the forward momentum -- the excitement from doctors who use our product and the stories from their patients, the interest from new partners and prospects, as well as media attention . Among other things, the company won an Innovation Award at CES! What's also cool is that our product is used by many professional athletes from MLB, NFL and NHL. The people here are very genuine, smart and collaborative. We're a small tight-knit group with the feeling that we're doing something that's going to be very big. RightEye is a really good place to work -- especially if you're willing to work hard and like being intellectually challenged. We also have an excellent health plan -- 100% paid PPO for employees -- plus fresh fruit daily, occasional weekend outings (just hiked as a group up Old Rag Mountain) and monthly happy hours with the executive team.

RightEye is a really great place to work. The team works very hard but everyone is nice and great to work with and everyone helps everyone else. We all wear many hats, as it's a startup, but there is never a dull moment. Attire is casual every day. We have Happy Hours once a month. We have great tea, coffee and delicious fresh fruit. The product we are working on is not only state of the art, but it saves lives! It is really rewarding to know that we're doing something so amazing and to hear from our customers that they love it daily. Management is great at giving feedback and making employees feel rewarded.
