Pros

Everyone I've worked with genuinely takes pride in the work they do, cares about our clients, and produces quality work. There are a lot of very knowledgable people from all practices who are willing to jump in and help you if you ask for it. Pay is competitive and bonus opportunity is nice (however also read my cons on this). The company puts a lot of effort into DE&I and providing a safe environment for people from all walks of life. Flexible time-off is great and I've never had a problem taking off time when I need to. Work-life balance is what you make of it. There is no expectation to work overtime, project meeting schedules are defined by the team to work around people's schedules, and the scope of work is generally well-defined.

Cons

Business has really struggled due to market factors and strategy failures, leading to very low pay increases/raises the past few years and a few rounds of layoffs and lots of leadership turnover. The integration with Genpact (parent company) has been a little rough. People have lost a lot of faith in leadership and the sales team, and are now randomly being let go after sitting on the bench for a few weeks due to a lack of staffing opportunities. Many people are nervous about drawing the short end of the stick, sitting on the bench for any amount of time with no guarantee they'll be staffed any time soon, and will just be let go.

Pros

You get lots of work and sometimes cool projects

Cons

It is a boys club company, even HR had an goal to basically hire more Women and Non white color which is basically a new form of race/gender discrimination. Forget training, they dump you into projects without asking if you can actually do the work and learn by trial by fire. If you fail then you kiss yourself goodbye, no matter how much success you brought before that. I'd stay away from them with a 10ft pole or use it to up your salary for your next gig.
