      Pros

      Since the first day I started, you can tell the amount of effort put into finding people who not only are a good fit for the position but have good character. Everyone at the Dallas office I have met has not only been there to support me through challenging times but have genuinely put a smile on my face every day. Whenever I have struggled to accomplish a task I have never once felt turned away from. Everyone here is fully devoted to helping me be successful.

      Cons

      Pay is market, or maybe slightly above, and standard benefits but bonuses could be a little better.

      Pros

      I've worked at Rightpoint for a while now, and my biggest pro of the place is that I still enjoy going to work each and every day. Unlike other agencies, I consistently get the strong feeling that everyone is on the same team - we celebrate each others' successes and support everyone as they need.

      Cons

      The fast pace and growth can lead to some chaotic times where you need to rely on your own training to know the best path forward.
