Pros

Sure Rightpoint has been lauded in the press as one of 'America's Most Promising Companies' and a 'Top 100 Workplace' and 'Best Places to Work' and...etc., etc. So, does it hold true to these values? Absolutely. I've never had the pleasure of working at (not for) a company that values its employees and their contributions more than I've witnessed firsthand at Rightpoint. Core values like Passion, Intrapreneurship, Integrity, Collaboration are more than just marketing speak on their website...we live these values everyday as team members and a company as a whole. The Founders have built something truly amazing here...and they equally value their company's growth/success alongside the betterment of each and every person they count as part of their family. I've been in and around high growth tech companies for years and this is the first company where I truly feel I can 1) Add significant value to the overall success of Rightpoint (and be 'heard' in doing so) 2) Realize tremendous professional career growth 3) Have fun working alongside folks who are wicked smart, have no egos, and are actually cool to be around 4) For the first time in my life, see myself building a career here for years to come. Having announced one of the largest growth equity investments in Chicago earlier this year, there is an amazing opportunity for every employee to achieve massive personal and professional growth as we continue building one of the leading tech/digital agencies in the country. Powerful feelings, I know...but that's what happens when you join an amazing company like Rightpoint. Never thought I'd view the company I 'work for' as my extended family...but that's exactly the kind of culture we have here. And the opps for growth are just endless.

Cons

With a high growth company, you'll need to get things done. Wear different hats. Be willing to take ownership of tasks without prompts. And be uber efficient. In short, act more like an owner than an employee. If you want a monotonous 9to5, best to look elsewhere.

Pros

Rightpoint is a great place to work, and is one of the few places that I have worked that has a set a values that actually mean something. The founders and leadership team care about enabling everyone here to do something that they are passionate about, and put a lot of thought into the feedback we give in our quarterly surveys to ensure that action is being taken to make the company even better. When we gave feedback that we wanted a ping-pong table at the new office, not just the pool table, within months we had one. When there was feedback that we wanted healthier food in our weekly snack/food Peapod order, fruit became a standard part of the order within weeks. Little things I realize, but those little things go a long way. The company is very transparent which is super refreshing. The culture here is one where everyone takes pride in what we do and the community that has been built here. Work-life balance is fantastic and I have a manager who trusts me and gives me the support that I need to be successful. I am consistently amazed by the people that I work with and what the team is able to accomplish for our clients. I'm proud to work here and look forward to coming in to work, which isn't something that happens as much as it should anymore. We also do a lot of fun events like Brain Food Fridays/Friday Lunches, "Rightpint" Happy Hours, Chili Cookoffs, community service events, 5K races, which I would say are all kind of "icing on the cake" of just being around great people every day. Are we perfect? Of course not - but I see constant evolution and improvements every day and see the company putting ongoing effort into keeping Rightpoint a special place to work.

Cons

I think as we grow it's becoming harder and harder to keep that small company feel, which of course is natural but something I know we need to pay attention to. I've seen some improvements with new programs to help with this which is encouraging.
