Pros

I've been with Rightpoint for 6 years now and I cannot image working anywhere else. Every day I feel blessed to get to work at such an amazing company. The best part? The people. They are super intelligent and passionate about Rightpoint...it's infectious! Since I started with the company I feel like my business knowledge has increased tremendously due to leadership being open to giving me a chance to prove myself by providing me with additional responsibilities. This makes me feel like my growth at Rightpoint is limitless, as long as I am willing to work hard to achieve my goals. One of the things that I love is that I have control over my performance contract, as I get to set my goals each year around what interests me and what direction I want to go in my career. It's awesome to feel that Rightpoint is 100% committed to help me reach my career and personal goals. What else can I ask for? Our company culture is also something that deserves to be mentioned because we always strive as a company to keep a "small office" culture as we grow so quickly. Leadership definitely takes great efforts to make sure that our wonderful culture stays wonderful! I love it that they care so much! What can I say about leadership? That they are nothing short of amazing and it gives me a sense of comfort to know that such competent folks are at the wheel.

Cons

Personally, I'd like to see a greater effort in the "being environmentally friendly" area. I'm a hippie, I guess, but it drives me nuts when I see recycle-ables in garbage cans! We have recycling cans ALL over the office, let's encourage peeps to use them!

Pros

Rightpoint is a great place to work, and is one of the few places that I have worked that has a set a values that actually mean something. The founders and leadership team care about enabling everyone here to do something that they are passionate about, and put a lot of thought into the feedback we give in our quarterly surveys to ensure that action is being taken to make the company even better. When we gave feedback that we wanted a ping-pong table at the new office, not just the pool table, within months we had one. When there was feedback that we wanted healthier food in our weekly snack/food Peapod order, fruit became a standard part of the order within weeks. Little things I realize, but those little things go a long way. The company is very transparent which is super refreshing. The culture here is one where everyone takes pride in what we do and the community that has been built here. Work-life balance is fantastic and I have a manager who trusts me and gives me the support that I need to be successful. I am consistently amazed by the people that I work with and what the team is able to accomplish for our clients. I'm proud to work here and look forward to coming in to work, which isn't something that happens as much as it should anymore. We also do a lot of fun events like Brain Food Fridays/Friday Lunches, "Rightpint" Happy Hours, Chili Cookoffs, community service events, 5K races, which I would say are all kind of "icing on the cake" of just being around great people every day. Are we perfect? Of course not - but I see constant evolution and improvements every day and see the company putting ongoing effort into keeping Rightpoint a special place to work.

Cons

I think as we grow it's becoming harder and harder to keep that small company feel, which of course is natural but something I know we need to pay attention to. I've seen some improvements with new programs to help with this which is encouraging.

Fair amount of trust, but disorganized and overwhelming.

Pros

People take their jobs seriously and take pride in what they do. Many people tend to like the culture there and Rightpoint prides themselves on this.

Cons

No room or opportunities to advance, fairly segmented and not as collaborative as it should be, disorganized with not much hope of changing.
