Amazing people who embrace the Core Values which includes focusing on the customer, doing community service activities together, and celebrating wins and milestones as a team.
Cons
It's a startup so things move quickly and change fast. There's really good onboarding and training but if you need your hand held or want to be told exactly what and how to do it, a startup isn't the right fit.
