Pros

Rand Heer, the father of planning software is the founder. Flexible for stay-at-home moms - offers part-time, full time, work remotely, etc.

Cons

Did not raise enough money to scale company and has lots of competitors. Hiring and firing like crazy last year. Lots of turnover and new management team is still trying to establish itself.
