Great people but poor product market fit

Pros

Everyone was great to work with The Mining PS team was awesome

Cons

The product market fit was lacking and we weren't addressing core product issues Scalability was a huge problem and seemed unsurmountable

Pros

The product definitely has potential to help customers in value chain management. We conglomerate customers spreadsheets into one application and let them run what-if scenarios.

Cons

An improvement I would suggest is that management needs to understand the product's capabilities, as well as its limits better. This would help in selling the products more accurately
