Pros

A good place to work with a great mission. Felt like a family, which was most likely mainly due to the mission of the organization and the shared passion everyone has for that mission.

Cons

Around the time I left, the organization was in the midst of heavy turnover which is hard on morale. Also, since it is a smaller organization, advancement can be limited depending on the area.

Pros

On paper, the mission is good, but sadly they use donor money to fund a bunch of DEI working lunches and frivolous purchases.

Cons

Preaches DEI and yet, ironically, it’s the least diverse, equitable or inclusive environment. It’s all a facade to placate and portray something they are not. If you share any differing opinion, you will be ostracized and discriminated against in very sly and micro-aggressive ways, so they don’t look prejudice. There is absolutely no leadership, management or communication. Shady business. Would not recommend this place. I could go on forever. Stay away. They are wolves in sheep's clothing!
