Great advancement opportunity. Competitive salaries. Interesting Work. Terrific coworkers. Solid benefits. Nice office Environment. Mature work force creates a more positive, drama free work place environment. Growing company. Latest technology for front line consultants.

Cons

Growing pains. Longer hours and some extra travel during catastrophic events. Older technology in support functions such as accounting. Communication between functional groups Operations-Marketing-Technical could be better at times.

Interesting field with good co workers, decent benefits and paid time off. Always busy and learning new things.

Cons

Middle and upper management are horrible. Only worried about themselves. Pay is lower than average and the road travel is too much.

Forensic engineering offers a number of experiences on the other side of the desk - you aren't designing a plant or machine or building, you investigate what caused a failure or defect in it.

Cons

There is no transparency. There seems to be a lot of micro-management. There are a number of inefficiencies.
