Pros

Strong compensation, remote-friendly company, and everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and congenial.

Cons

My role is part-time so I'm not elgible for benefits. I wish for contract & part-times employees, there was some sort of benefit enrollment plan. The role itself doesn't have a clear trajectory. With that said, I've only started a few months ago so I anticipate that there will be more discussions about my role in the future.

Work is exciting and different - you do not get stuck doing the same thing over and over. Good balance between being in the field and working in the office (or remote office at home). Work is flexible - as long as your work gets done and clients are happy, no need for the traditional 9-5 hours.

Cons

This work is not for everyone - you must be able to confidently manage a large workload with often demanding clients who are depending on you for answers. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal are a must.
