Upper management actually takes the time to listen to the concerns of all level of employees and acts accordingly. I have been with the company for nearly 10yrs and have transferred between offices with ease due to family circumstances as well as for promotional opportunity.
Cons
Sometimes there can be a very heavy workload placing high demand on your time. Need more "on the job" training for new employees prior to assigning them their own workload.
