Pros

Opportunities available if you were diverse. Family feeling through out the company. Very welcoming and most people are team oriented. Benefits were good and paid mostly by company.

Cons

Lack of communication from mid-level supervisors. Pay scale was skewed. Too many changes too quick in a belief it was for the greater good. Lack of communication with in the different areas of the company.

Great group of guys to work with, upper management is easy to get along with most of the time. Close group of colleagues that make work an enjoyable experience.

Cons

Work was not challenging enough most of the time and tedious.. Management plays favorites to frequently. As a new hire don't expect much respect at first, it is something that is earned with this company.
