      Very chill atmosphere, lots of Senior staff to draw knowledge from.

      Cons

      Starting pay a little low but worth it for the flexibility and experience.

      Pros

      Great variety and challenging work. Great resource of folks within the company to assist in matters you're not so familiar with. Great administrative staff and support. Good communication of immediate management and good town halls from executives. Strong presence of culture and pride across the company. Flexible hours and make your own schedule. All-in-all a great company to work with.

      Cons

      Work can be challenging (not really a con but more of a challenge). There is a plethora of knowledge within the company to aid in making findings Like all consulting firms, efficiency is highly regarded.
