Upper management does not listen to feedback from lower-level employees/departments all the time. Our feedback seems to be ignored on certain issues.

Flexible schedule, good benefits, opportunity for training and certifications. There is an incentive pay structure for billable employees; however, it is progressive based on salary making it tougher and less equitable for junior staff.

Cons

The new owners and management are disconnected and greedy. There is always something changing to the point it is impossible to stay current. There is a lot of inconsistency from office to office.
