Pros

The people, the culture and the environment are the best parts of this company. The management staff too at all levels I believe to be second to none! The company also continues to grow tremendously and is doing a great job positioning itself for the future in my opinion, it's the best team I have ever been a part of.

Cons

There is nothing stagnant about Rimkus, embracing change is in our blood which can sometimes be difficult. Also, with change comes a great deal of work, the level of which is very often quite demanding.

Forensics is an exciting, dynamic field- even our most senior people are still learning regularly Great support from the team- colleagues and management Tremendous company culture- we care about our team members Great balance of independence and connectedness Work-life balance and flexibility Fast paced environment Professional challenge and satisfaction are very high Recently revamped our PTO policy, many saw an increase in vacation days The company is growing geographically and diversifying into new disciplines and practice areas Incentive plan allows the billable staff to earn extra income High level of camaraderie

Not everyone thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires independence Workload can be highly variable Field work can be hot and dirty, at times
